Atlanta Pickleball Installers - Terms of Service and Use
Terms of service
These Terms govern requests and contracts for Pickleball court installation with Atlanta Pickleball Installers. They apply to site evaluations, base work, surfacing, fencing, lighting, and any written proposals we provide.
Service scope
We provide quoted Pickleball court installation services as described in each written proposal. Proposals will state the scope, materials (for example concrete or asphalt base, acrylic coating, line marking), and estimated schedule.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate site information and obtain any required local permissions before work begins. Access to the site, safe parking, and a clear work area are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the written proposal.
Payments and scheduling
Payment terms will be listed on each written proposal. Scheduling depends on site conditions and material availability. Delays that arise from weather, permitting, or unforeseen site conditions may change the completion date.
Liability and disclaimers
We limit liability to direct damages arising from our performance up to the total amount paid for the specific installation. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost use or lost profits. We do not guarantee future play conditions beyond the scope of installed materials and workmanship described in the proposal.
Disputes and governing law
If a dispute arises, parties should first seek resolution through written notice and negotiation. Legal claims are governed by the law of the state where the installed site is located.
