Scope of these terms

These Terms set out how requests for Pickleball court installation services are handled and the relationship between you and Atlanta Pickleball Installers. We do not perform installation work directly. We arrange and coordinate introductions to independent local Pickleball court installations.

Service arrangement and referrals

No. Work is completed by independent local Pickleball court installations in and around Atlanta Metropolitan Area. We review your request and arrange for a suitable Pickleball court installation to contact you with a quote and availability. Proposals, estimates, scope, materials (for example concrete base, asphalt base, acrylic coating, or modular tile surfacing), and schedules come from the independent installer who performs the work.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate site information and access for any on-site evaluation. Obtain necessary permissions or approvals for site work before installation begins. You accept that timing and final scope depend on the independent installer you hire.

Fees and referral payments

We may receive referral fees or coordination fees from independent installers for introductions or project coordination. Any such arrangement does not change your responsibility to review an installer's written proposal and terms before work begins. You may request details about referral arrangements for your inquiry.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide introductions and information on an "as is" basis and do not warrant the work performed by independent Pickleball court installations. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by an independent installer, material defects, or site conditions. Your sole remedy for defects in installation or materials is with the installer who performed the work.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the installation is to occur. We may update these Terms and will post changes on the site. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
