Most outdoor courts benefit from visits timed around Atlanta’s spring pollen season, mid-summer UV peak, and fall leaf drop. That typically means three to four visits per year, though courts with drainage issues or heavy use may need more frequent attention.

Basic sweeping removes loose debris but does not catch drainage faults, early cracks, or loose hardware. It also does not remove mildew. Scheduled maintenance is designed to find those problems before they spread, not to replace routine surface sweeping.

A minor crack left through a Georgia summer can widen enough to require a full section repair rather than a simple patch. The cost difference between patching a hairline crack and repairing a widened one is significant, catching it early is the point of a scheduled plan.

A maintenance visit handles minor cracks, surface staining, faded lines, and hardware adjustments. Larger structural damage or widespread coating failure is a separate scope of work and would be quoted as such in your written proposal.
